The 35-unit apartment building in Zászlós Street was designed and delivered to high comfort standards while remaining within a strict budget. The design aimed for a near zero energy performance with a fabric first approach, heat pumps and auxiliary PV system.

Prior to founding EQUINOX, our Founding Partner Bálint was the lead designer and project manager at Wesselton, overlooking the design, tendering & building permission process while coordinating the external consultants.
